SPC Lumen Grid 0.44.0: a complete 48-hour trial and deeper clip editing
On this page4 sections
SPC Lumen Grid 0.44.0 is available now for Windows. This release makes the complete hardware clip-launching workflow easier to try, safer to move between projects, and deeper to shape.
Try the complete app for 48 hours
A first installation opens every primary Lumen Grid feature for 48 hours without an account, payment or licence key. Record and import clips, build scenes, save projects, edit samples, render stems and use the native SPC CLAP racks.
When the trial ends, Lumen Grid saves the current project before returning to activation. Projects, imported audio and recordings stay on the computer.
Projects bring their clips back
Imported audio is copied into the project and saved through a portable relative path. Open the project again — even from a new folder — and its clips return to their cells.
Dragging a clip into FL Studio or another DAW now supplies a protected copy. The receiving application can no longer move Lumen Grid’s source WAV out of the project.
A deeper Clip EQ
The compact EQ is taller and exposes Q. Open the expanded editor to move the three foundation points, add more points, and choose bell, high-pass, low-pass or tilt shapes.
Both sample-editing surfaces now offer explicit keep-playing and stop-on-edit modes. Stretched waveforms retain their full output timeline, including the end pin and the right side of the sample.
Arrange the effect chain
Track and FAT MASTER CLAP slots can move up or down while retaining the plug-in’s private state. SPC Prism Q was also verified through the native rack host with live parameter control and real signal processing.
The release also stops the metronome after recording and adds compact in-app links to the Spectral Colors shop and complete Lumen Grid learning path.
